Overview

Earning rules are how your customers can earn points through your loyalty program.

Version 2 of Bold Loyalty Points allows you to specify how many points your customers can earn for purchases, on a per-dollar basis. Points can also be earned for birthdays, new sign-ups, and sharing your store on social media.

Setup

1. From the Shopify admin, select Apps.
2. Select Bold Loyalty Points.
3. Select Earning Points.

   

4. Select the ellipsis beside the rule you want to edit.

   Note: The Celebrating Birthdays rule uses the birth date provided by the customer upon sign-up. This does not use the customer's sign-up anniversary.

   

5. Select Edit Rule.

   

6. Adjust the rule accordingly and select Save.
